Overview
The series of products are suitable for filling of glycerine enema
and other bottles of small bottle mouth in the pharmaceutical
industry, including KSL4/1, KSL12/8 and KSL24/18. The difference is
that they have the different filling heads and filling speed. The
whole production process meets the requirements of the new VERSION
of GMP. Since the packaging materials are all shaped bottles, more
robot functional devices or small machines have been added. Has a
number of independent intellectual property rights of the patent
technology. It has reached advanced level and can replace similar
imported products.
Main Performance Features
- The three-in-one structure of bottle opening, filling and cap
turning, covers a small area and operates stably and reliably.
- There are effective methods to remove, remove and locate all
kinds of special-shaped bottles and flat bottles to meet the needs
of automatic production.
- 316L stainless steel plunger pump adopts liquid filling
principle. The filling quantity can be adjusted as a whole or
separately. It can be driven by servo motor. Adjust the filling
volume on the human-machine interface.
- Filling when bottles are available and not filling when no
bottles are available.
- Manipulator cap, pressure cap, high pass rate.
