Overview
The AVF automatic thick material filling machine is improved on the
basis of referring to similar foreigh products and increasing some
additional function, making it simpler and more convenient in terms
of operation, precision error, installation adjustment, equipment
cleaning, maintenance and servicing. It is widely used tor filling
liquid products of various viscosties in such features as compact
and reasonable design, simple and beautiful appearance and
convenient adjustment or filling volumn.
Main Performance features
- It adopts the volumetric metering pump to perform filling. With
servo driving, the filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine
interface, with high precision and wide adjustment and metering
range. The filling volume of all pumps can be adjusted totally, or
fine adjustment of each pump can be made. The adjustment is quick
and convenient.
- It can be equipped with ClP/SIP cleaning and sterilization
system.
- It adopts stainless steel pneumatic control valve to be suitable
for different thick materials.
- The anti-leakage flling needle is controlled pneumatically,
without any occurrence of leakage or wire drawing.
- It adopts high- -position liquid storage barrel. Material supply
is controlled by the material level switch. It can be equippedwith
heat insulation system.
- Variable frequency speed control, PLC control, no filling in case
of no bottle.
- The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
