Founded in 2003, Jiangsu Winlong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. (stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview

This series of products are suitable for the filling production line of oil emulsion, paste, shampoo, nutrient solution, moisturizer and other liquids of special shaped bottle and individualized bottle in daily chemical industry, and the whole production process meets the requirements of various specifications. Because the packaging materials are shaped bottles, more robot functional devices or small skills are integrated into the design, which has reached the international advanced level and can substitute the imported products.

-Adopt volumetric filling principle, high precision, high reliability, with servo motor driven.

-Human-machine interface to adjust the filling volume, easy to operate, filling process halted when there is no bottle. Free from dripping leakage.

-Whole line operation by PLC control, frequency variable speed adjustment, with high automation.

-All kinds of special-shaped bottles, with different barrel thicknesses, have effective methods to complete the functions of bottle unscrabmling, bottle moving and positioning, which meet the requirements of automatic production.

-The cap turning can be driven by servo motor and the torque can be adjustable.

-The whole line is designed according to the specification requirements.
