providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical,

manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging

Overview
The production line is suitable for back-end-of-line packaging
including bottle unscrambling, bottle washing, filling, stoppling,
cap turning, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of
sterile eye drop bottles in the pharmaceutical industry. It is an
aseptic filling production line, fully conforming to GMP
requirements. It is also applicable to the packaging of other types
of botttes with inner stopples or other special design
requirements. It has reached the advanced level and can replace
similar imported products.
Main performance characteristics
1. The whole line ams under the protection of 100-grade laminar
flow, and can be installdd with dust partides and airborne microbd
detection system.
2. Filling, stoppling and cap turning can be integrated into one
machine, or can be made separately.
3. Purified air Is used to rinse botttes, ensuring clean bottles.
It is aiso equipped with the ion wind device for eliminating static
etectricity.
4. It adopts the pLnger ceramic pump to fill liquids of various
viscosities with high precision. The pump can be easily
disassembied, making cleaning and sterilization convenient. It can
also adopt the peristaltic purrp or weighing type filling. With
servo drMng. the filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine
interface conveniently and reliably.
5. The whole line is suitable for various specifications of bottles
and adjustments can be completed cooveniently within a short time.
6.The fine adopts thd PLC control system with vadabld frequency
speed control and high degree of automation. The whole line is
designed according to GMP requirements.
