Overview
XG/6 automatic linear capping machine is improved from the same
type abroad, which adopt to market demand. It is universal in many
specification The machine adopt mechanical –electrical integration
technology, which applied in pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical,
foodstuff, cosmetic etc.
Characteristic
-Adopt agile module combination, new ideal design, suit to various
bottle and cap torque.
-No need to change parts, easy operation and adjust, low
maintenance.
-Triple sets of capping heads, consist of primary torque and
retorque, the degree of torque may be adjusted solely. Ensure the
cap will be tightness. The machine has clutch to avoid the cap over
torque. Two sets of bottle annular griping belt structure. Good
effect for some bottles erecting unsteadily.
-Cap orienting unit, conveying unit, cap torque unit, belt for
bottle griping, all of speed can be controlled separately, which is
more utility for different bottle and caps.
-The whole machine is designed according to requirements of GMP.
-Optional: automatic loading hopper
