Overview
The machine is suitable for bottle unscrambling of plastic round
bottles and flat bottles. Pour the messy bottles into the storage
box. After conveying and bottle unscrambling, the bottles enter the
conveying line of the filling machine upright and orderly. The use
of the equipment greatly reduces labor intensity of operators and
is tally fully automated.
Main features
-The whole machine is designed and manufactured according to GMP
requirements.
-The equipment includes a bottle unscrambling main machine and a
bottle storage and lifting hopper.
-The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304 material and
aluminum parts.
-Different sizes of round discs are suitable for bottles of
different specifications. With stepless speed change and high
bottle unscrambling pass rate, it is suitable for various kinds of
bottles. It adopts photoelectric automatic control, and will stop
in case of bottle blocking.
