Overview
The air knife technology adopted by the dryer is developed to solve
the problem that labels cannot be adhered because the water on
outer walls of the glass bottle cannot be removed. It Is applied in
medium and high-speed production lines.
Performance Features
It is suitable for various kinds of irregular-shaped bottles and
standard bottles. With such features as stable performance, good
drying effect, no dust pollution caused by brush, simple operation,
maintenance-free, low energy consumption and no wearing parts, it
is currently the ideal drying equipment.
Working Principle
The bottle enters the low temperature fan through the air filter,
and after air compression, enters the air knife through the pipe, a
strong wind belt is formed at the air knife edge, and the high
speed wind is adopted to blow dry the water and water film on the
bottle walls from different directions. The air knife can be
rotated in up, down, left and right directions. The blow drying
area can be adjusted according to the need, and the operation is
simple. The machine adopts imported fan, which has low noise and
high air volume.
