This series machine is applying to glass & plastic bottle. In the field of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff etc. It is able to auto separating bottle, feeding label belt, separating label, sticking and auto print codes. It is equipped with large torque step motor or servo motor and imported photoeletr-on controlled PLC to ensure the accuracy, stability, reliability and high efficiency.

-Suitable for semi-circular and circumferential labeling of round objects in such industries as medicine, food, daily chemical industry, etc.

-Driven by well-known brand motor, stable and reliable label feeding speed.

-Advanced user-friendly man-machine interface system, simple and visual operation, complete functions, with rich online help function.

-Automatic photoelectric detection, provided with such functions as no labeling in case of no material, automatic stopping or alarming in case of no label, label missing or broken label, so as to avoid missed labeling and waste.

-Bottle body is subject to rotary rolling. Elastic cotton belt is adopted. Label sticking is more flat, firm and wrinkle-free, greatly improving the packaging quality.

-The machine is featured by simple and compact structure, easy operation and maintenance.

-The rear section can be connected to the production line, and it is also equipped with a material receiving rotary table to facilitate the collection, arranging and packaging of finished products.
