Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City,

manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging

Overview
The machine is mainly used to complete such procedures as conveying
filling innver stopple feeding, outer cap feeding and outer cap
turning of eye drop bottles. It is aslo applicable to production of
other small volume products in plastic bottles. It can be used
singly or for on-line linked production.
Performence Features
-Touch screen operation platform, PLC control, variable frequency
speed control.
-Intermittent bottle moving mechanism with stable and reliable
running.
-Optional function of nitrogen filling before and after filling,
HMI for adjustment of filling volume, ceramic pump or peristaltic
pump can be adopted, driven by servo motor.
-Optional function of bottle air washing.
-No filling in case of no bottle,inner stopple feeding by
mechanical hand,no inner stopple feeding in case of no bottle.
-No outer cap feeding in case of no inner stopple,protection for
stopple shortage and cap shortage.
-Optional servo-driven cap turning head. The cap turning station is
provided with bottle clamping device and cap ejecting device with
adjustable torque.
Working Principle
The empty bottle is sent by the conveying mechanism to the rotary table positioning
mechanism of the filling machine. There
is a station for air washing at the bottle inlet.After air washing
is completed, it enters the large rotary table and is subject to
nitrogen filing before filling.When the bottle is detected by the
bottle feeding photoelectric eye, the filling and lifting
mechanism is pressed downward,the filling needle is inserted into
the bottle, and the whole pump body liquid feeding and nitrogen
filling head liquid discharging process is completed by the
metering pump. After the filling is completed, it is subject to
nitrogen fling.The lifting mechanism is raised, and the rotary
table moves the bottle to the stoppling station. The stopple is
sucked up by the stopple suction nozzle, which is driven by the cam
to the top of the bottle mouth through circumferential movement(the
bottle clamping station clamps the bottle mouth).The inner stopple
is pressed downward into the bottle mouth.The rotary table takes
the s toppled bottle to the capping station, and the cap suction
nozzle takes the cap to the top of the bottle mouth. Carry out
pre-pressing. The rotary table takes the capped bottle to the cap
turning station, and the cap is tightened by the cap turning head.
The rotary table takes the bottle after cap turning out of the
rotary table mechanism and sends it to the conveying
mechanism,which sends the bottle to the next procedure.
